Black Manhattan: This riff replaces sweet vermouth with Averna amaro, creating a rich and full bodied cocktail. Up front you get buttery notes of pastry, followed by a middle palate of rye spice mixed with the depth of great chocolate before enjoying a long, balanced finish.

Negroni: This classic Italian aperitif is equal parts bitter, sweet, and spirit. We’re doubling down on Mediterranean vibes with Assembly Gin’s layers of summer-sun-drenched botanicals. Think bay leaf, olive leaf, basil and tomato leaf layered with Red Juniper berries, the brightness of lemon zest and the umami of oregano and dried tomato. 

Toronto: This riff on a classic Old Fashioned features bourbon, apple brandy, maple syrup, and Fernet. It pairs well with good friends or a crackling fire, and looks great popping out of the top of a stocking.
